Brief Profile

Dr Santosh Kumar G, is serving ABBS School of Management as Associate Professor in Marketing, Finance and Operations department.  Prior to that he has worked in reputed B Schools and MBA colleges of Karnataka.  He started his career with Colgate & Palmolive as Sales Manager in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Dr. Santosh completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specializations in Marketing & Finance from Bangalore University, Karnataka and got many research works in Marketing areas to his credit.  He holds Ph.D from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka.  He has cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by University Grants Commission and Karnataka – SLET conducted by University of Mysore.

He is an hardcore Marketing personality with but has hands-on experience on teaching Marketing, Finance and Operations subjects such as Retail Marketing, Services Marketing, International Financial Management, Behavioral Finance, Supply Chain Management & Total Quality Management to name few. Areas of interest includes Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization with about 17 years of teaching experience.

He has patented on the work ‘An artificial Intelligence based interactive retaining system for providing hands on experience for the retailer’ in 2022.  Also has a copyright on the work ‘Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Big data Analytics based techniques for digital document Fraud detection System for Industry’ in 2022. Published and presented more than 25 Research papers in different National and International Conferences. He contributed 15 National and International journals.
