Brief Profile

Dr. Madhumita Chatterji is the Director of ABBS School of Management, Bangalore, and a distinguished academic leader with over three decades of experience in management education. Shehas earlier served as Director of JAGSOM (formerly IFIM Business School) and as CEO and Board Member of Ants Consulting. An expert in Organisational Behaviour and HRM, her work covers CSR, Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, Spirituality in Management, and Cross-Cultural Management.

She has taught internationally, authored several books, published extensively, and contributes to global research networks on peace, sustainability, and disaster risk reduction. Dr. Chatterji has completed advanced programs at Oxford University and Harvard Business School and serves on prestigious international advisory boards including the European SPES Institute, SAADRI, IDRiM Society, and ANSO DRR (Chinese Academy of Sciences).

She has been honoured with multiple awards for institution building and excellence in service and is widely recognised for her contributions to ethical leadership and inclusive management education.
