Dr. Kamini Dhruva holds a PhD in Management from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), a Central University in India. Her doctoral research focused on Customer Relationship Management in the Indian domestic aviation sector.
Dr. Dhruva is currently a Professor at ABBS School of Management, Bengaluru, a multidisciplinary institution offering programs across management, health and life sciences, humanities, law, commerce, IT, and executive education. She actively mentors students in research, publications, case writing, live projects, and participation in national and international academic and innovation competitions.
With over 25 years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Dhruva has built a strong academic career spanning India and the Middle East.
