Regional HR Manager (EAST), L&T CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED (L&T ECC) shared with us the practical details of Performance Management System and Leadership Development so lucidly. He reflected on what skills we as students should sharpen and how we should prepare ourselves for an interview. It was amazing to see how the industries develop their home-grown leaders and create an environment of sustainability. Students also had some activities to take part into, making it all a very interactive session.
