People undergoing universal entry screening for safety

Some of the mandatory practices include:

√ Universal entry screening: testing all students before arrival on campus.

√ Phased universal screening: prearrival testing paired with a follow-up test.

√ Scheduled screening, and testing of the entire campus population.

√ The entire infrastructure including the institute vehicles are regularly cleaned and disinfected.

√ At every essential points sanitizer on foot pedal stands have been installed to reduce direct contact.

√ The faculty and staff log in has been replaced with face recognition log in to reduce contact with surface.

√ Posters depicting essential practices are displayed across the campus to increase awareness.

In academics:

Hybrid learning model has been introduced. Students participate in virtual learning, and in-person learning. The offline in person learning is being practiced with utmost caution by confirming that students, faculty, and staff participate in small, in-person classes, activities, and events that allow individuals to remain spaced at least 6 feet apart (e.g., lecture room with individual seating spaced 6 feet apart). Alternating schedules, and staggered schedules in classes, residence halls, dining areas, and recreational areas on campus to create small groups of students and minimize their contact with others is being strictly monitored.
